Our bare minimum approach with this strategy is to be profitable on a long distance.
We start with $10,000 and bet $100 every round, will end up with $10,300 at the end of the day (+30% profit) But the minimum value of our balance throughout the day could be $8,500 – that is the same as 15 rounds lose streak in a row. Taking into account that we do not stop the bot on this lose streak thinking the bot is not profitable. The ratio here would be 1:3 or wiling to risk $100 to earn $300 per round. With the initial capital there is at least 50X of our bet amount to start in practice at least 50X ($5,000 for $100 bet) as another month could give us a more deep lose streak.
